Location
Location: right on Guardamar's Centro beach
Step out of the front door and you're on the sand. Reina Sofía park is a 5-minute walk away and the town centre about 10.
The building sits on the seafront promenade, right in front of Playa del Centro. From the terrace you look down on the sand and straight out to sea — in the morning, the sun rises over the water.
The promenade is lined with ice-cream parlours, cafés and restaurants looking out to sea. Five minutes away is Reina Sofía park, next to the pine woods, with a children's play area and plenty of shade for a stroll.
Guardamar is a quiet, family-friendly town with fine sandy beaches, dunes and pine forest, and it's calmer than the big resorts along the coast.

Yes. The building's entrance opens onto the seafront promenade, facing Playa del Centro: step outside and you're on the sand. You can see the sea from the terrace and the main bedroom.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Ana meets you at the apartment and hands over the keys in person. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, just ask.
How do I get there from the airport?
Alicante-Elche Airport is about 35 minutes away by car and Región de Murcia Airport about an hour. The easiest options are a hire car or a taxi.
